Our sales department liason's with truck dealerships and end users to ensure all specifications are noted and expectations are met. Our unique quoting system is cloud based and easy to access, ensuring any final changes are noted and stored for future refernce. Once quote has been accepted and finalised, we move to engineering.

All specifications and information required are sent to engineering for final measuring to ensure ADR standards are met. A job book containing production drawings, building materials list and all relative information is available prior to purchasing of materials.

As an Australian owned company, we always try to source materials from local businesses. Once engineering has approved production, materials are purchased as per specifications.

We have a 7-stage process in our production line that is both effective and efficient. To ensure our customers are kept up to date, we have improved our previous 'google sheet updates' sent via email to now a website portal called 'Production Build System' (PBS). What this program consists of is 24:7 access to updates of your truck's progress that has been done daily by our Production Manager.

Once the body has reached final qa, theres not much left to do. At completion a vass compliance plate is issued and truck is ready for delivery to the dealership.
